The Department of Health has just published its long-awaited guidance, called Signs for improvement – commissioning interventions to reduce alcohol-related harm.
It is "designed to direct commissioners in areas where tackling alcohol harm is an identified priority, to the resources and good practice guidance, which will assist them in commissioning interventions to reduce the harm caused by alcohol in their local community. It offers ways to improve commissioning, looking at each World Class Commissioning competency and all stages in the commissioning cycle."
well alcohol does contribute in many accidents, immediate treatment should be addressed to alcohol addicts. the more they're into it the more difficult to get out of it.

Similarly, people who have been through drug and alcohol rehab will find that relapse is possible with a single taste of the substance they used to abuse. On the other hand, hundreds of college student out there would say that there is no way to abuse alcohol because the more you drink the better the party gets. On top of that, they believe it is funny when someone throws up. Although everyone in the world may have his or her own opinions about what qualifies as alcohol abuse, it is a very serious issue.
