Greenwich DAAT has just appointed an alcohol strategy coordinator, who starts next week. He'll be based within the DAAT and managed by a multi-agency steering group. Meanwhile Enfield is in a late stage of recruiting a coordinator, to sit within Licensing/Community Safety, but again with multi-agency input. Enfield is also about to commence a Health Scrutiny enquiry into alcohol. These two posts double the number of coordinators in London; the others are in Hammersmith & Fulham, and Lambeth.
