The National Treatment Agency for substance misuse (NTA) is looking to appoint an alcohol programme manager for the South.

The post holder will be involved in work to improve services for those with severe alcohol dependence, including offenders. They will be responsible for working with local areas to implement improvements in the alcohol treatment system, providing specialist support to priority areas. They will be expected to assist the NTA in its emerging role in relation to alcohol, providing NTA staff at all levels with specialist support in relation to alcohol treatment. The Programme Manager will support a collaborative approach to service development across the London region, promoting opportunities to more effectively assess need, plan appropriate delivery and share best practice.
